I predict that the judge will say that Obama's eligibility is irrelevant to Lakin's case and therefore the discovery request for Obama's birth certificate will be denied. His orders are presumed lawful and valid and that's what the military told him when he refused deployment.
Not saying it's right, just saying it's what's going to happen.

Obama is different, but holding back the BC to screw with half the population that he must govern is very odd... unless it disqualifies him.
If we look at this behavior in its entirety, it is obvious he's got a problem. He has stated in his book that he has a BC, yet refuses to show it. We have a problem, and this Judge better know whats in the files before she sends Lakin to Jail. If a year from now Obama is prohibited to be on ballots because he wont show his BC and Lakin is in jail, Lakin will have more grounds to sue.
