Its ironic that they say stop blaming Obama but they are perfectly willing to blame Bush who hasn’t been president for almost 2 years.
Well, to be fair, I’m not exactly defending Obama, so much as I’m holding myself and other voters accountable.
Would you say a necessary inclusion to this is a mention of the tendency for libtards to blame Bush, and if so how exactly would you suggest I do that without detracting from the intended message of citizens responsibility?
Here is the Vendome Cliff note to better writing.
Write everything, read it and start cutting until you have the true essence of what you are trying to say.
Otherwise, it’s writing that is on the fly and is what it is.
Also, your title sucked and you can tell by the responses they didn’t bother to read your article.
LOL
Yeah, the title was intended to get a rise out of people. I didn’t anticipate the rest to go unread, however. Stupid of me, given that anything like that is typically ignored here.
Of course, given the theme of my blog, the rising blood pressure I’m noticing is keeping with the theme. Just not exactly how I intended.
I think my points are valid, but am curious how “the opposition” will respond when they read it.
I blame 0bama for logging me in! And either beebing my stuner or stuning my beeber, which ever comes first.
I will agree on one foundational point of this vanity.
Running John McCain was about 1/2 inch short of arrogantly saying “we (repubs) don’t give a crap about the country or its people and we can do whatever we want”. Maybe that’s a viewpoint that benefits from a smelly pile of hindsight, but IMO most Republican leaners and conservatives found themselves unable to get excited about so mediocre a candidate. And understandably so. That 0bama won with so thin a resume and so little sizzle was surprising to me, maybe because I was at least partially as complacent as the RNC who chose McSlug to run as Bob Dole redux.
But we only get two to choose from and what little sizzle 0bama had, it worked.
If all it takes is a decade to undo the damge currently being done to the US, it will be evidence yet again of how blessed is the United States.
We here on FR raised it and roared it to the high heavens. The Journolist made sure it was censored. The issue did not reach daylight until after the inauguration when the law suits began.
Of course we blame Obama and we will continue to do so.The more we blame him, the sooner he will be gone, and we will have a chance to fix this mess.
The MSM defence of Obama at all costs is not only growing thin, its making America angry. If they keep it up, there won't be even one print media outlet left, they won't be able to earn enough circulation to survive.

Then I can honestly say you represent the minority, but I thank you for it. How do you address the lack of action and accountability of the greater US populace? Or, I suppose more accurately, of conservatives in America? If we really are in the right, which I believe we are, then how did we give so much ground to people who cannot scrape together enough facts to fit in a Happy Meal?
I'd say repentance is good. Git over it and get back to work electing ANYTHING but socialists and communists...
All I know is they blamed Bush for every single thing that happened to every body and everything right up to this day so now its time to blame Obama. As far as blaming ourselves, I didn’t vote for him and I tried my darndest to get people to see through him. Sometimes I suceeded. Sometimes I didn’t. We may share some of the blame for not trying hard enough. But I think the media was determined to get him elected and we were overpowered.
I blame those who elected him knowing full well he was a clueless dweeb.
Did a darn good job of it, you did. I dismissed it. Figured it would go nowhere and was a distraction. Now its becoming part of the culture, one of those things everybody just knows. Democrats are saying he wasn't born here. My guess is how alien to American tradition and politics Obama is, as people see everything they've taken for granted dismantled by Obama, the belief will grow, especially among Democrats. They need an excuse. "He's not one of us" will do just fine.
I remember watching one of the early Republican debates, and even though I was a Duncan Hunter/Fred Thompson guy, I was just thankful that there was no way McDweeb was going to get the nomination with that bad attitude and goofy voice.
Oh, how naive I was!
The last four years of Bush raised my blood pressure to new levels Obama is an outright liar and crook and so far “We the People “ don't seem to give a crap about nothing but getting along ....
Tyranny of the minority is Popular this season ....
The opposition won’t respond. The ones with intelligence will marginalize by their observation “Well, at least it was introspective”.
You are 29 and tired?
Before I even saw this thread I started watching a sunday night Bluray movie that was in the bargain bin at Walmart, it is “The Manchurian Candidate” with Denzel Washington.
Coincidence?
You want more educated voters? Eliminate withholding and grab the popcorn...
I’m smarter then you, I did not vote for him.
I knew this was what we were going to get with this ........
in Washington DC.
I ask because I want to improve the means by which I address this issue. My personal experience only goes so far, so the input of people at Free Republic is important to me.
Does exposing these facts and forcing our peers to recognize them count as holding them accountable?
