There are very few folks with THIS strong of a pro-life position
OK, nonetheless, if your guy wants to answer himself that would be cool. If not, well, OK.
Just a pet peeve;)
I was just talking to him on the phone and he is very busy but assured me that he will be following this thread and will be responsive to questions as his time permits. I am sure he does not mind answering the same questions over and over again. But it might be better to ask a question that is not already answerd. Just my 2 cents worth. I look foward to reading Dr. Escoffery’s posts as well.

see post #118 those are his words not mine... I just copied/pasted it from his website :)
Thanx very much. I like that he says right up front on his website that he is pro life. Some candidates are pro life, but don’t put it on their website.
I took that to mean that he is just not pro-life politicaly, but that he holds a deeply rooted pro-life conviction.. did you see his Florida Right to Life survey... he hand wrote a response that goes above and beyond the questions... he is PRO-LIFE even in cases of rape and incest ... that is what prompted me to call Florida Right-To-Life and ask why he did not receive their endorsement over Marco Rubio. Their answer was that he has never “voted” pro-life. I talked to one of the State Directors of Florida Right to Life and he told me that if he ran for office right now he would not get the endorsement because he has never been elected to public office... so be it...

Yes, I noticed his passion, and am happy that he has no exceptions.
Each unborn baby is precious, regardless of how they were conceived.
What differences are their between Dr. Escoffery and Marco Rubio on the life issue? Any?
It took me a min to find his pro-life statement on his website... here it is..
EXCERPRTED From Marco Rubio's website
SANCTITY OF LIFE: I am pro-life. As a state legislator, I supported various pieces of pro-life legislation that, among other things, would require doctors to perform ultrasounds before performing abortions and another bill that would ban the use of taxpayer dollars to fund stem cell research.
You decide which candidate has a stronger pro-life position.
Marco’s statement is “safe” and not too offensive to moderates... problem is he can likely be easily swayed with such a weak statement... With Dr. Escoffery’s position there is NO ROOM FOR COMPROMISE on PRO-life matters
Yes, I'd need some clarification on this too. Without a little more clarification, this might not be a prudent statement for a campaign website trying to build support among all conservative Christians.
I thought you were the "advisor" that got him to post here. But you've really only been hawking him for a week. It seemed like so much longer.
Needs a name change, eh gunner? Billy Bob?
Ya knucklehead.
not sure how to take that one.. yes it is true I just found out about Dr. Escoffery last weekend.. been on board with him ever since.

I thought it had been a few weeks since you started hawking him on the boards. But as you said, it was just last weekend. It just seemed longer, because I’ve been traveling and have lost track of time.
:)
You've known about him for a week, have been promoting him nonstop here and you set up a Freeper account for him today with his permission?
Sorry, I would never vote for anyone who was that stupid. And it's not difficult to set up a Freeper account. Why didn't he open the account himself?
From your bio, you've been a citizen of four nations. Did I understand that correctly? How does your having been a citizen of four nations make you more or less qualified to be a United States senator? If having been a citizen of four nations makes you less qualified, how will you make up for that lack?
I couldn't understand from your bio exactly how much of your time in the United States has been in Florida. How many years have you been a Florida resident? How many years have you been a resident of other US states? Which ones? Again, how does being a citizen of other states make you more or less qualified to be a United States senator from Florida? If less qualified, how will you make up for that lack?
What led you to get a law degree? While the doctor/lawyer combination is not unheard of, that combination is different. I think people would be interested in know why you made that choice, particularly later in life, and how that choice will impact your work as a senator.
I'm not a Florida resident, so you don't really have to address personal concerns of mine. However, I throw up one concern to all politicians I meet. The reptile pet industry in the United States is worth millions of dollars at the very least and some estimates are at a billion dollars. This includes the animals themselves, food and supplies, cages, transportation costs for shipping, hotel revenue for reptile shows, and other economic activity. While this winter's freezes killed most of the pythons and boas in Florida, I understand that southern Florida has a problem with some feral reptiles. There is no credible evidence that any place outside of southern Florida would have those problems. In spite of that, some Florida politicians working with animal rights extremists like PETA and HSUS are trying to destroy the hobby entirely by putting many snakes and other animals on the Lacey Act. Bill Nelson has been a big part of this effort. If you were elected, would you be willing to stand against this wrongful federal attack of an entire hobby?
In addition to the financial consequences of this attack, there are obvious personal consequences to those of us who own these animals.
Good luck,
Bill
