It’s supposed to be. But I can tell you right now that they won’t do it. At this point they’re saying the waiting time for them to RESPOND to a request (that is, when they’ll officially tell you “no”) is 4-6 weeks.

A person can always try, but you have to have press credentials or prove substantial interest, and they will postpone indefinitely unless you ride them all along the way. Whether they ever do produce in the end remains to be seen.

But yeah, they’re supposed to do it.
