What is interesting, aside from the redacted portions of the file, is the handwritten note to verify the citizenship and residency of SAD’s minor child and amazingly in the packet is a nice, crisp sheet proclaiming Obama’s b-day and birth in Hawaii. No information is provided on how that information was gathered and his status determined.
The one piece of paperwork that would provide identifying information for Obama has been removed - SAD’s divorce decree (surprise/surprise) and what I found remarkable in its absence is that nowhere is Obama mentioned by name. SAD references her son, Lolo never mentions him and from what can be made out, the Government had nothing with his name.
The argument was being made that if Lolo was forced to leave the US, SAD would follow him to Indonesia which would place her at risk for various reasons.
Does it make sense that the dangers a 5-yr old child would face would be of more importance and yet none of the players involved mention him as anything but an afterthought?
It doesn't mention a child, but it does provide a file number: S7972 (57972?).

Compare memo to file page 2 and page 46 46 is unsigned and not enough room between typwritten name and end of memo to sign. Govt employees normally to sign at the end of the memo so no additional can be added by others, why typwritten but not signed name of author? Must be an individual choice not checked by a supervisor sloppy.

You’re in danger of confusing them with logic. Great insights. Did you notice that 3-page letter written by Lolo that appears to use a different font, maybe a different typewriter for the second page? Pages 78-80.
