snopes says a lot of things...doesn’t make them true, though.
(btw, I don’t believe the story, but I also do not rely on the libs at snopes to tell me what is is or is not true.)

Same here, I have my doubts about snopes.com being correct every single time, especially where politics are concerned. I don't think Pelosi said this however.

There are a lot of "snopedopes" on the net; I've had to remove people from my mailing lists who check out every email and proceed to lecture me about the content, which I don't make up, I just forward them.
Having said that, I don't feel that it is my place to edit, or verify everything received in email; usually it's OBVIOUSLY a joke, or satire.
IF I'm really interested, and it affects me or my family, I'll check it out - but not on Snopes or Factcheck...both leftists strongholds.
For email recipients it is "caveat emtor" (sp?)let the buyer beware.
