I don’t know about more recently, but my Great-Great-Great Grandfather was a Texas Ranger and he was only 5’2” and 100 lbs. This would have been sometime in the last half of the 1800s. Of course, if the stories about him are true, he didn’t need to be any bigger than that to get the job done. :)

I believe it. It's almost never the size of the dog in the fight but rather the size of the fight in the dog.
