Arianna Afsar from San Diego is the new Miss California 2010, taking the place of Kristy Cavinder, Miss California 2009 (not the ever controversial Christian Carrie Prejean, also from San Diego, who was Miss California 2009 as part of the Miss USA pagent) Arianna Afsar won the title last night, July 10, in Fresno, CA. Miss Afsar is currently a freshman at UCLA and will be able to compete in January for the title of Miss America.
Arianna's platform for the Miss California competition was Adopt-A-Grandfriend - an organization she founded in 2005 whose goal is to decrease the isolation of seniors ...

It is obvious that the reporter is hiding it, for fear of public protest. Last night’s Hooter Girls’ Swimsuit Competition chose not the best contestant, but the one that was politically correct. It is getting sickening. Is this young lady at least a U.S. Citizen?

Then it might be a good idea to tell people that, and not let her be identified as a Muslim or otherwise. It would also be helpful if she is a citizen of the U.S.
