1. “Drop the shovel” i.e. cut spending
2. Forget about crazy new taxes like Lanny Davis’s 1% “transaction tax”
3. Reverse policies that cause businesses to pass along tax increases in the form of higher prices so they can create new jobs instead
4. Stabilize economic policies so businesses feel comfortable to start to invest again
5. Get rid of the Obama Administration! (citing examples of where he has no experience, nor do any of his people in running a business)

And how would you stop it? And I speak as someone who works in IT and is tired of watching friends get laid off and replaced with Gunga Din in Mumbai. But how can you legislatively stop it?

You could take away every dollar of discretionary spending except Defense, Homeland Security, and Veteran's Affairs, defund every cabinet and agency from Agriculture through Labor and including NASA up to the Treasury and you would still have a trillion dollar deficit. So where else do you drop the shovel?
