ANN ARBOR, MI – The arraignment of four Christian missionaries on criminal charges will take place on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. in the 19th Judicial District Court located at 16077 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, Michigan. This is the next step in what has been described as police enforcement of Sharia law in a city dominated by a large Muslim population.
To the jeers and shouts of “Allah Akbar” by the Muslim crowd, the four Christian missionaries were arrested and thrown in jail on June 18, 2010 by Dearborn Police officers at the Annual Arab International Festival held in Dearborn. One of the arrested missionaries was Dr. Nabeel Qureshi, MD, who was engaged in peaceful dialogue with several Muslim youths. The other three missionaries, who were merely videotaping the conversation, had their cameras and other equipment illegally seized before police arrested them as well.
Police refused requests by the missionaries to view the video at the scene of their arrest, which the missionaries claimed would completely exonerate them of any wrongdoing.
The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan is representing all of the Christian missionaries. Because District Judge Mark W. Somers required that all four defendants personally appear before him for the arraignment, the Law Center assisted with the costs of their travel from different parts of the country.

Get elected, pass laws favoring rights etc. move toward
political majority

Political control, Sharia Law
I wonder how many of these folks in Dearborn fled Iraq and were admitted to this country claiming to be persecuted Christians?

“Just doing my job” wasn’t good enough for the Nazi guards. Good police need to stand up.
What were the charges? I read it twice but I guess I missed that.

Christians should show up en masse and quietly, peacefully, prayfully stand in solidarity with the missionaries in the courtroom and surrounding the entire courthouse throughout the entire proceeding.....
WHERE are the Christians in Michigan on this? WILL THEY BE THERE? WILL they STAND with these saints?!
Islam is not compatible with Western values and culture. They are a threat to our freedom and we allow this virus to continue to grow on our soild at our peril.
As far as I’m concerned the entire Western World...the US included...should outlaw the practice of islam as a matter of self defense. Islam is not a religion, per se, it’s a total, unified, political, cultural, economic, and judicial code of life that is completely at odds and opposed to our western heritage. I’m not saying kick all muslims out. I’m saying treat islam the same way that islam threats Christianity. Close all mosques and outlaw their existence on National Security grounds.
Breach of Peace and 1 was charged with failure to obey a police order. Except for 1 it sounds like it was Arabs reaching out to Muslims.

The saddest part is that the missionaries are just trying to
introduce them to a real living God through Jesus Christ and save their souls, what is the muslim intent, submission to a demon spirit that they respect because they are not free to think for themselves.

If they are actually going through with trials maybe a conviction will bring about actual stoning. That would be an eye-opener.
The Islamic War started with Mohammed and will end when there are no more Moslems or when all are Moslem. There will be times of remission but they will only constitute hiatus. The War resumes when the Moslems have resources sufficient to carry on. Oil money now provides those resources.
