With USA Department of Justice under Eric Holder having decided to take out a lawsuit on the state of Arizona for SB 1070. Well what the Governor of Arizona, she should, Governor Jan Brewer should herself take out a lawsuit and SUE the USA Department of Justice, for having to have to do the work the Feds should have been doing, guarding our southern border with Mexico instead of AZ having to do it.

Arizona, and all like minded state should be suing The Executive Branch for not fulfilling the constitutional duties. State AG’s should be indicting Executive Branch Officers of all responsible agencies for malfeasance! IMHO

Since Arizona has already been sued by the Fed Govt they should countersue for the Feds Failure to stop an invasion equal protection under the law (other states have similar laws) and for monetary damages incurred to protect their state, incarcerate, and remove illegals.
