OS4 on a 3GS isn't all that great. I have a multitude on annoying issues with my iPhone now. Principal amongst them is the phone's increased refusal to reacquire a signal after it's been lost (getting in and out of an elevator, etc).

Safari is also prone to locking up and the HTML isn't rendered as well.

Interestedly, the camera works way better than it every did on OS3.

Personally, I don't think OS4 was ready for release.

As with most technology products... Never buy the first version of anything. It will all be fixed when the iPhone 4.1 comes out. I can wait a year. My two year old iPhone is working great.

I am on vacation and taking glorious photos and videos everywhere I go. Sitting on a rock in a creek right now, wish I could instantly post a photo. I have stopped carrying another camera. This rocks. Hd in my pocket.

I have had zero trouble with my new iPhone 4. I love it. But I do not care for videophoning or taking pics of myself so I’ve got that going for me!
