The guy has that face like in the 80s movies where they rip off the face and its an alien underneath. He already has the bulges so it's a matter of time before he goes through his metamorphosis.

Anyone know where it was taken and who she was yelling at to make such a grotesque face? I suspect it was taken on the campaign trail in 2008, and she was emphasizing how she had never been proud of her country until her Marxist, illegal alien husband had been selected as the nominee of the anti-American Party.
