Andrew Breitbarts $100,000 offer for the full archives of the now-defunct liberal listserve Journolist has prompted a fight between himself and Atlantic blogger Andrew Sullivan.
Breitbart has not yet had any takers for the offer assuming such a complete archive of the e-mail list founded by the Washington Posts Ezra Klein even exists but Sullivan contends the offer alone has crossed a new line.
Every blogger or writer who has ever offered an opinion is now on warning, Sullivan wrote. Your opponents will not just argue against you, they will do all they can to ransack your private life, cull your email in-tray, and use whatever material they have to unleash the moronic hounds of today's right-wing base.
This is not about transparency, or hypocrisy. It's about power. And when you are Andrew Breitbart, power is all that matters, Sullivan added.
Sullivan went on to argue that Breitbarts strategy mirrors that of the modern right, pointing out that Republican leaders have done all they can to destroy a presidency by obstructing everything and anything he might do or have done to address the crippling problems bequeathed him by his predecessor, are now also waging a scorched earth battle to prevent the working poor from having any real access to affordable health insurance.
This is what the right now is: no solutions, just anger, paranoia, insecurity and partisan hatred, Sullivan wrote.(continued)

Sully was involved in a very sick scandal a few years ago. Most of his fellow homosexual militants avoid mentioning it because it shows the real character of this nutjob and the degeneracy of his lifestyle.
