David Harmer of San Ramon, the Republican nominee to challenge incumbent Democrat Rep. Jerry McNerney this November, has been named one of the National Republican Congressional Committee’s “Young Guns” – the top of the NRCC’s campaign recruitment and training program.

This district actually has a slight Republican lead but we lost it in 2006 to McNerney. We can win this one, but need everyone’s help. It means that everyone has to actually VOTE in November. These 35% Republican vote turnouts just won't cut it.

if the GOP would have come to his aid in last November's election, he might have had a real shot... why didn't they see that he was a young gun back then? i get to vote for this guy... our Generation Joshua group is working on his campaign...
