At issue are resources for cleaning up oil spills known as skimmers. They have a variety of designs, applications and capacities. But skimmer technology is proven and in daily use around the world. Recognizing large spills need large capacity skimmers, the Market has developed just such products.

FUBO
Burns my backside (being nice), crank up that big boat, get it skimming, let BamBam stop it THEN maybe something would be done from pressure. Course we know that will never happen. I do say again, the southern Gov’s should file suit to start using it.
This could turn out to be BamBam’s waterloo.
Unions before national good ya know.

I think you’re going to see Jindal and some of the others start to get VERY ugly if the lack of engagement lasts more than a few more days. The cost to the states of Federal inaction is staggering. And considering that many Southern states have large Conservative contingents, it lends credence to the “Obama is just ignoring those with mutual bad opinions of one another” scenario. Some of the states are starting to hire assets independent of the feds. Not a bad strategy. We’ll see how it all washes out (no pun intended).
