so I’m still grateful as all get-out to the folks who run this place! Very much agree.
For me the loading is still a minute or more for each FR page, and hope it is repaired soon. Worse than Facebook on dial-up!

It’s taking 2 to 3 minutes to load a page. I’ve emptied my cache and tried to delete any cookies with free, republic or free republic in them.
I have a MAC. Any suggestions? Help.
