Control orders for terrorism suspects set to be scrapped

January 3,2011 CONTROL orders putting terror suspects under effective house arrest are set to end, it emerged last night.

It is thought the changes would mean terror suspects would be allowed to travel freely within Britain and be ­allowed to use mobile phones and computers. However, sources stressed suspects would still be under certain restrictions.
