According to the poll of 400 registered voters in North Carolinas 2nd Congressional district, Ellmers leads Etheridge 39 percent to 38 percent. Twelve percent said they would vote for Libertarian Tom Rose and 11 percent said they were undecided.

Instead of “deep doodoo”, he should be in jail.

Whoa, that is a big turnaround. A once safe dimoKKKRAT seat is now up for grabs. How sweet it is.
To: bilhosty
All this negative press and he's only a point behind? Lots of time and money from now until election day. I say he skates.

Well isn’t it obvious that Democrat Congressman Bob Etheridge hates all students? He thinks all students are second class citizens. They are like small people in his eyes and deserve no respect. He hates them. Got that all you college students? heh heh.

Not to miss the point of the article, but did anyone notice that the Libertarian in the race is, once again, precariously close to still handing this election to a liberal Dem?

It is really hard to believe that these libertarian candidates aren’t Democrat plants; and who is dumb enough to vote for the libertarian so the Democrat wins?

The poll was for registered voters so add a few points to the Republican. Add a few more because most or probably way most of the libertarian voters will go Republican in th eend.
