If I may, I will answer: yes. There is a question of standing so the man would likely have to bring the civil suit. And there are lawyers who would take his case pro bono.

Simply get all the trade unions to picket it and refuse to allow union members to work on it or provide supplies for it, same goes for the teamsters. It will never get built that way.

What planet are you living on? The Unions are in the Muslim, zer0bama’s back pocket...they will never, as a group, go against muslims while the POSOTUS soils the White House.

I remember when the umions were hard working, cigar smoking, beer drinking tradesmen. Things must have really changed.

I’m glad I went, too. I got a big psychological boost from going, and it was a very moving experience- the speakers were all great. It would have been easy to stay home and lounge around on a typical Sunday, but I got my butt out the door, and I’m glad I did.
I was feeling very defiant that day, and after the protest, I went to the proposed site of the pig sty, but I won’t tell you what I did on the sidewalk in front of the building.

“I remember when the umions were hard working, cigar smoking, beer drinking tradesmen. Things must have really changed.”
Generally, the top leadership of the unions pretend to be hard working, cigar smoking, beer drinking tradesmen, but are communists. This has been true since the 30s at the latest.

Unless someone can tell me what the detectives actually said, this is a non story.
