Doesn’t matter where he was born. His father was a British subject, that makes him, at best, a dual citizen at birth.

Correct. Dual national at birth, does not make one a natural born citizen of the U.S.

I always say it wouldn't matter if he was born in the West Wing of the White House... since his father was Kenyan, he is not "a natural born citizen" and is thus ineligible to be president. The whole thing is retarded.

BTW... re: your tagline... that sentiment seemed to be the common theme of two articles I read (and blogged) today... one by Dorothy Rabinowitz in the WSJ, and one from Politico. Looks like it will become the defining meme for BHO.

I agree with you that he isn't a natural born citizen because of his duel citizenship but that obviously hasn't made the difference because they like to pretend and argue that as long as he was born in The USA that is all that really matters, especially to his ardent followers. They make us out to be hair splitters and just out to get him on technicalities.

Now, though, if it is truly let out that he was actually born in another country, that they would have a much harder time burying for this has become the issue. That is why this makes a huge difference in the reality of the present day political climate.

I completely agree with you that it is horribly wrong that our Constitution is being so ignored by just about everybody in this Country. That is the crime and he isn't eligible to our President, period!

It gets more complicated when considering the possibility that Sr. was not his biological father. "Citizen-of-the-World's" autobiography is fantasy. The idea that voters allowed "Dreams" to supply the "historical past" of an American Presidential candidate is shamefully pathetic.

Hi Nully, sounds good but there never will be any will to deal with this. I am beyond discouraged over the issue. The American people won’t rise up. The bought and paid for commie media are no help but instead a hindrance and the one and only voice crying in the wilderness, Glenn Beck, is pilloried every day. I love the guy. He is doing more for the country than any single person even tho he isn’t dealing with this issue. I know the reason. The global elitists and the commie govt now have threatened to take their broadcasting privileges away if they mention this subject. It’s criminal what’s going on in America. I also happen to know that Canada is under continual threat from this prick and his cohorts. God knows tho, and believe me it will come out in the weirdest of ways. CO

And his mother was a minor. Therefore, no natural born citizen. It’s as simple as that. Place of birth is immaterial.
