He is giving the Congress AND the people they represent the middle finger. And the republicans are too timid to mention it.

(The democrats are in on the scam)

he said “The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach,” CODE words for lets don't do anything about the problem! Do they think we are stupid or what, lets take for example bank robbery, by making “legal” to rob banks does not prevent honest people from having their money stolen, they can play word games all they like, but the American public now understand their meaning of comp reform, just means letting lawbreakers go free which is not reform at all, its more the same, in fact its a slap in the face, to keep saying the solution is comp reform, when that just means the opposite, such that comp reform is a free pass for every person on the planet to come to the US and demand we give them our equity.

No problemo. Just bypass the scofflaw feds and frog march detainees right back where they came from.

Yeah, that was my thought - Arizona should come up with some law empowering the police to ship 'em back across the border. Then the Feds will yell some more about AZ 'usurping' the law.

My solution to the problem would be to bus all of the illegals caught by Arizona LEO’s, that the Feds don’t accept ... start regular bus service to LA and SF and drop them off in the middle of those cities.

I wonder what Villaganster and ‘Blue Dress’ Newsom would feel about suddenly being inundated with 20-30 thousand Mexigangsters a month?

The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not “good government.”

Huh? What? Making illegal acts illegal is not 'good government'? This is just another one of O's mindless lieutenants.

“I don’t think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution,” Morton told the newspaper. The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws."

Doesn't this #&!*?% know that federal immigration law specifically asks for, enables and condones help from the states in order to carry out said federal immigration law(s) ?

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)
"State and local law enforcement officials have the general power to investigate and arrest violators of federal immigration statutes without prior INS knowledge or approval, as long as they are authorized to do so by state law. There is no extant federal limitation on this authority. The 1996 immigration control legislation passed by Congress was intended to encourage states and local agencies to participate in the process of enforcing federal immigration laws. Immigration officers and local law enforcement officers may detain an individual for a brief warrantless interrogation where circumstances create a reasonable suspicion that the individual is illegally present in the U.S. Specific facts constituting a reasonable suspicion include evasive, nervous, or erratic behavior; dress or speech indicating foreign citizenship; and presence in an area known to contain a concentration of illegal aliens."

Heard on the radio a day or two ago that California, yes, California, the state that wants to boycott AZ...........California has a law very similar to AZ's on the books..........and today, I believe, I heard on the radio that in NY the LEOs can just walk up to a person and demand immigration papers........Now, if any of this is true, WHERE IS THE MSM?

This is pure destructive politics.........O, the demonrats and the RINOs are trying to divide and destroy.......

:}

Am I the only one who gets the feeling that these America hating marxists in this administration are trying to provoke Americans into taking action so they can justify using force to put us down?

The best way to reduce illegal killings is through making murder legal.

No problem! Arizona buys vans/buses and trucks illegals to border ITSELF!! Throw them over the line and tell them they’ll be SHOT if they walk the wrong way!! This is no big deal. ANNOYING as hell. But no big deal.

Just have a hunting season on illegals. Pay 1,000 for each one bagged, alive?... You get to keep any weed whackers or painter gear collected along the way.

Just heard a Radio Program today, Steve Baldwin, Brother of Alex Baldwin reported that Barck Obama has 12 different Social Security Numbers. He has been following a paper trail that does not exist. Obamas records have been wiped out in schools Etc Etc.

One thing he spoke about confidently is that Barack Obama has 12 social security numbers.

Actually...if this is the precise quote from the Feds...then one merely needs to find a Arizona-friendly state (like Texas) and let Texas make a deal to Arizona...bus over the detainees and Texas will hand them to ICE instead.

If the Feds have a problem with this...I’d suggest that Texas Rangers then move in and start handing out tickets to ICE folks declining to do their duty. Once you swear to uphold the law and take the badge...you can’t stand there and name which laws you will enforce or decline. That’s not...it’s a banana republic.
