The Feds May NOT Process Illegals Referred From Arizona!
www.LibertyJuice.com ^ | May 21, 2010 | Brittany Pounders

In a stunning move out of Washington today, it was revealed by John Morton, Assistant Secretary to Homeland Security for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement that top officials may choose NOT to process any illegal aliens referred to them from Arizona. Later Janet Napolitano said,

“ICE has the legal discretion to accept or not to accept persons delivered to it by non-federal personnel. It also has the discretion to deport or not to deport persons delivered to it by any government agents, even its own.”

John Morton continued spouting,

“I don’t think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution,” Morton told the newspaper. The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws. The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not “good government.”

I’m speechless.

“The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach”

...never an answer with any substance. The “approach” this a-hole is talking about has been tried time and time again. It failed.

What is not good government is the federal government not enforcing our laws, even when its the will of the people.

Our government has decided not to perform the duties of our government so its time to remove our government. Elections have consequences

This is outside the parameters of prosecutorial discretion. This is the Executive branch unilaterally eliminating a law on the books. This is a blatant example of the Executive becoming a law in itself. This is nothing short of a constitutional crisis.

This regime is not going to secure the border.

Is there anyone out there who wants to be president? Now is your moment. Stand up.

No problemo. Just bypass the scofflaw feds and frog march detainees right back where they came from.

That’s exactly what they are telling them. A major terrorist attack is just another crisis that president hopey changey would welcome.

When I hear the scumbags regurgitate “comprehensive immigration reform”, I am reminded of a scene from Pulp Fiction where Brad keeps saying “what”. Say “comprehensive immigration reform” one more time mf’r!”

That might actually be a good thing. Let Arizona dump them across the border and when they return it will likely be through another state.

Hmmm..., I thought that agencies couldn’t be involved in “selectively enforcing” or “not enforcing laws” — and especially so, if something illegal is directly brought to their attention...

I guess they’ve got “laws on the books” just so that they can enforce them at selected times — probably only for those who are their political opponents ... LOL ...

It’s like “Did you vote for Obama?” — if you say no, that’s when they’ll enforce the law ... :-)

How can you ‘criminalize’ what is already illegal? The Democrats are so desperate to hold on to their one party government via the ‘Hispanic’ vote, they seem determined to ignore this country’s laws. This is like ‘nullification’ in reverse.
