The vast majority of Americans are unhappy with the working of Washington. The President and Congress have overwhelmed the American people with an incredible number of laws that are difficult for the voters and even policy makers to understand. Many bills are now passing Congress without being read by many, if not any, members. With so many bills coming out of Washington, DC, it should be no surprise that most Americans are unhappy with the results and find much of this legislation confusing.

This is by design and both worthless parties are complicit. Simply put its all about enslaving the American people. So far the electorate has been mostly OK w/ it all.
I’m still reading the Affordable Healthcare for America Act. It is without a doubt the most embarrassing piece of passed legislation I’ve ever read, and not just because of the content: it’s full of grammatical errors, poor sentence structure, slang and just plain inconsistencies. Example, in the same paragraph, the law uses “preventive” and then “preventative” in the same context, referring to the same thing. Not even counting the fact that “preventative” isn’t a word, it’s internally inconsistent and shows that either nobody proofread this POS before introducing it, or that they didn’t know enough about English to get it right.
Either way, it’s a travesty.

Interesting write up. At some point in the past Congress began to view itself as a law factory. The product is dictated completely on Fad of the Day topics. Quantity is king meaning you shouldn’t look much past the flashy labels; it was about appearance, window dressing to keep the people at home quiet. Its little wonder laws come out looking so grotesque when this august body couldn’t even be bothered to read what they were voting on. Its the worst of all worlds like some out of control machine churning out endless reams of rejects. Somehow in all this Congress still expects The People at Home to consent w/o a whimper and pay a blind eye to the silliness. Its rather like what you’d expect from children. It’s well past time to call a stop to this silliness and get back to the adult business of running the country.
US House of Babel
Washington is infested with jackasses that are luck if they could find a restroom. Fire them all.
Congress critters = Replaceable and often.
