Hmmm, maybe..

But a foreign citizen has no RIGHT to enter our country. It is privilege that we bestow if we want to.
The Canadian citizen had a very hostile aggressive attitude of entitlement.
I would never act that way if I was seeking to enter Canada. It's their country, and they have the right to dictate who and how someone enters.
