Someone wrote on Rhodes's behalf. We never heard if if that person represented Capt. Rhodes explicitly in the letter to the court. The guy appeared to be putting his own word's in Rhodes's mouth.

There is a very good reason that obama will not release a copy of his certified birth certificate.. It can not be proven that he is not a natural born citizen without a CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH. If he releases a birth certificate it has to say that both his parents were U.S. citizens at the time of his birth otherwise he is in violation of Article 2 of the Constitution and the Congress would be required to VOID his election. Ain’t gonna happen!
