Here is video of GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch telling Neil Cavuto that "you can be liberal and be a great Justice" - referring to the Supreme Court. Hatch was saying he wants to hold judgment on Obama Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan.
Hatch told Cavuto we know that President Obama is not going to nominate a moderate or a conservative. He said he considers retiring liberal Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens "a very fine Justice," even though he often disagreed with him.

Down the Hatch and pass the gums...
Look out taxpayers, he she comes....
Kagan Has No Judicial Temperment Because She has Never served as a Justice. We already Know that She doesn’t Believe in the First Amendment. I doubt If She Believes in anything in the Constitution.(Her and BO Marxists Under the Skin.)
I agree.
Hatch seems to have learned nothing from the dismissal of Bob Bennett in the Utah Convention last Saturday, apparently...
It is in their belief system. They change/ignore the Constitution, are pro abortion, pro homosexuals, release criminals, look to having One world government, UN over all nations, and are for immigration on going,as it is, wants to take America into socialism fully, wants to deny Christian freedom of religion, separation of church and state, redistribution of monies, cradle to grave nanny state, having complete control of all the citizens, etc.
Liberals have a completely different view of life and law.
Melon?
Sounding racist....
Typical TeaParty hatemonger...
;-)
Another RINO to be dispatched on the order of Bennett.
Hey Orrin did you see what happened to your junior senator from Utah? You’re next!
This should re-fire the Utah Tea Partiers! At 50 years old, this woman can be the pivotal vote to change the nation long after Obama has gone. If any Republican fails to filibuster, each and every one of them must be driven out of office.
I like your post. You hit the nail on the head with your questions directed to Hatch. In the last few years he has become a squishy, apologizing member of the Washington elite. I will bet you that his false conservative ideology will mean that when it comes time to retire, he will do it in D.C.
His being kissy-sucky with the Chappaquiddick swimmer (deceased) showed me all I needed to see about this phony conservative.
Hatch is an IDIOT.
Screwy best describes hatch.Been there wayyyyyyyyy too long.
Remember: “Don’t count your Hatch before he chickens”.
We can yell and complain all we Want THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ELECTED THE A_HOLE IN THE WHITE HOUSE. Period end of Story ,and the United States, Depressing emotions flooding through my Veins at belonging to the Generation that Desyroyed the Last Best Hope for Mankind
