Better than claiming to be a vegetable lasagna I guess. Not that there would be anything wrong with that.

A few months ago, one of my coworkers had a bad reaction to some medication he was taking. He started having a conversation with his Whopper and then went out into the garden center and began shouting at the flowers. Fortunately another coworker is a part-time EMT and was able to summon medical assistance fairly quickly.

Maybe he forgot to put on the Taco Bell costume before startng his shift at the adjacent Taco Bell.
BTW, the Taco Bell 89 cent 5-layer burrito is the best value menu item in fast food. Most will also give ‘seniors’ a free drink on top of that.
