RE: Public Safety, AB1810, Dangerous Implements

Dear Assemblyman Feuer:

I note your tenacious efforts to pass AB 1810, a bill which would require registration of all 'long guns' by law-abiding citizens in all of California.  (Presumably, all Convicted Felons in California would continue to enjoy complete immunity from all such requirements, since by complying with your proposed law - i.e.: registering their weapons - they would subject themselves to 'self-incrimination'.)

That small detail aside, and given the recent news from the Los Angeles Times...

...can we once AGAIN count on your strong leadership to IMMEDIATELY INSIST upon complete registration of ALL kitchen implements (not just those dangerous food processors...???)

Thank you for your continuing tenacious and resourceful efforts to 'help' and 'protect' us, the law-abiding citizens of California... except, of course, from those aforementioned criminals (who will continue, unfettered, to prey upon the law-abiding citizenry - now with a greater expectation of personal safety) as they remain exempt from the morass of all your additional intrusive and costly requirements, which you and your legislative friends continue to enact with complete and utter disregard for the citizens' God-given right to self-protection.
