“That’s 5 years of...”

I can’t recall hearing of any criminal having to serve out a full term.

If he got 5 years, he would likely walk out in two, seeing as he has no priors and allowing for good behavior, etc. But because he the son of a Corruptocrat, I doubt he will serve any real hard time at all.

If he does do any time, it’s likely to be at one of those min-securtiy federal facilities that resemble a military base more than they do an actual prison.

(And btw, would anyone mind if the son of a GOP politican hacked Messina's account -- since Messina has been accused of using this email while offering government jobs to people in exchange for their not running for office...?)
