Rent a green van, put a magnetic sign on each side that says I C E and underneath "CREAM" in TINY letters. Drive by the site a couple of times and I suspect it would be like flushing quail. Or mebbe "N I S" since it is no longer a valid acronym which the illegals aren't aware of. Tell the cops it stands for "Neighborhood Improvement Society" (cough)
