So Arizona passes a tough law against illegal immigration and suddenly they get Washington’s attention.
One poll finds 70 percent of Arizona voters support the new law… hey, maybe we better do something too. So like the lemmings they are when they smell a chance to score political points… and some of them need a lot of help with the midterms approaching – there is talk now of rushing immigration reform through Congress.
President Obama called the Arizona law “misguided.” What is misguided, Mr. President, is the federal government’s refusal to enforce the laws already on the books. Read the Arizona law… parts of it are word-for-word the same as the federal laws – which continue to be ignored.

Obama and Gibbs need to be pigeonholed:
1. If the Arizona law, which has an end result in handing more illegal aliens over to ICE to deport, is misguided, explain what Arizona could do to to find more illegals and hand them over to ICE without being misguided?
2. In other words, how could Arizona find illegals in ways that Obama would NOT find to be misguided?
3. Why will ICE not deport these illegals, found under a law that is in agreement with federal law, when ICE doesn’t even have to spend ANY extra manpower searching for illegals, which has been the primary excuse ICE and the federal government has given for not going after illegals in the first place?
4. With the state of Arizon doing the hard work of finding and verifying illegals are actually illegals, why won’t the federal government do its part and take them and deport them?
5. Why is this not an abrogation of federal responsibility in terms of national security and border security?
6. Why is Obama not willing to enforce existing immigration laws? When illegals are found in the country, especially violent and dangerous ones, why will Obama not instruct ICE to do its job and deport these people?
7. Further how can we believe Obama is serious about national security and border security when illegals still have little problem sneaking into the country because the border is still not secured by the federal government? we have more than just mexicans looking for work there - drug lords, other foreigners, some terrorists have snuck in.
8. We have American citizens in the southwest losing emergency rooms because hospitals have closed them because illegals overwhelmed their capabilities. We have illegals driving drunk killing American citizens regularly. we have illegals robbing and killing ranchers around the borders. We have illegals robbing and killing regular citizens all across Arizona. we have illegals marching in American streets, flying mexican flags, desecrating the American flag, asking for rights they do not have because they are not even citizens of the US. Several mexican terrorist groups as NCLR speak about re-conquering the southwest by illegally occupying the area and turning it into Aztlan, a separate nation. Why is this administration not on the side of its own people? Ignoring what mexicans are doing through illegal immigration is tantamount to ignoring your constitutional duties to protect this nation and defend its borders from foreign enemies.

Stating a fact isn’t an ad hominem regardless of your grasp of said facts.
Tell that to the State and local politicians that are addicted to “Federal dollars”. Dollars that were initially stolen from the States.
That’s a rhetorical question, isn’t it? I mean, it’s like asking, “Is Barack Obama a man?”, or, “Is Nancy Pelosi smart?” The answers to those and the immigration enforcement questions are obviously “no.”
