Levin is a good man, and a constitutional scholar. He founded the Landmark Legal Foundation, which has done good work.

Is he? Did he?

Well how about that!

Lars: So you would be in favor, not of a path to create legalization process, but tell them, if you’re not here legally, leave and, in the meantime put up a barrier to keep new illegals out?

Palin: Uh, I would absolutely prefer the latter that you’re suggesting right there””

First off: "Uh" is an unnecessary part of her answer, and such reflexes in speech patterns can be left out of any quote without fear of altering the meaning. The only reason to include it is to portray the speaker as someone given to stalling, or nervousness, or stupidity, or some other less-than-flattering trait.

It is instructive that you have chosen to include it.

Now: Of the two scenarios presented, every conservative on earth would prefer the latter to the former.

Logic isn't your strong suit. Neither is conservatism.

Thank for proving your inability to understand a simple statement. Palin is clearly for a “path to citizenship; for illegals already here,(amnesty) and she wants to seal the border.

That is not acceptable. Conservatives won’t buy it, and she will lose if she runs.
