So, madame, you are suggesting that we take the word of a utterly corrupt political party as to whether or not your boss is fit to run?
No thank you.
Pass this law in 50 states.
She’s not running for President, and I don’t know the laws regarding birth for the Arizona legislature.
The Secretary of State’s office should contact her and get a copy of her Birth Certificate.
No one has a copy of your birth certificate? Well, maybe someone should give you a fourth grade civics lesson on how your job has a different set of requirements than the job of President. Moron.
OK, Ms Sinema- show us your birth certificate! Did they ask for this when you enrolled in school? Got a driver’s license? Got a social security card? Or did you tell them they were ridiculous?
Wow, I’ve heard better, more logical arguments delivered by high school students in Student Congress.
Why shouldn’t the President of the United States be bound by the same laws that bind very other citizen? To take a job with the U.S. Census, you have to provide 2 forms of identification, usually a driver’s license and a birth certificate. why should the highest reaches of the Federal Government ask no less?
Your ignorance of the law is appalling.
Sincerely,
Mad_as_he$$
What a Dingbat.
She is dumber than a box of rocks!
You can tell every one of these fools who try to argue this constitutional requirement for “Natural Born Citizen.” They NEVER refer to NATURAL Born Citizen. They always say “he is a citizen” or he is a “native born citizen” in their arguments.
They also support their argument with ZERO evidence because NOT ONE PERSON has shown us any verifiable evidence of which hospital Hussein was born in!!!
The bill would require proof meeting the Constitutional requirements for the Presidency of all candidates, not just Obama.
What's the harm in that?
The tramp sounded frightened.
We don't need your birth certificate. There is no requirement for state representatives to be natural born citizens. This law does not just apply to Obama but also to any and all future candidates for the office of President of the United States.
I know that's difficult for you to understand, would you like me to type slower for you?
She’d probably be surprised by what the State Deparement has on her.
The Arizona moron legislator doesn't even understand the current Arizona law. Arizona, and every other state in the union already demands that the candidate or the nominating party sign an affidavit attesting to their candidate's fulfilling of the Constitutional criteria for office. The bill is only adding the additional but reasonable burden of the candidate also supply notarized documentation supporting what he's attesting too.
She mentions the "Federal Elections Commission" several times, as to intimate that they would have some problems with the proposed statute. She, apparently failing her 8th grade civics class, must not understand that the FEC has NOTHING to do with state ballot access, and everything to do with fund-raising for national federal office. States solely control their respective ballot access. This is well-settled law. Again, she's an idiot.
bump
Were they pumping helium into the Chamber ?
Yikes, the voice !
It’s common sense for every candidate running for every elected position to provide documentation that they meet the requirements of that office.
From local city council seats to school boards , etc.
Many school districts make students show evidence that they physically reside within the boundaries of their districts.
My city requires that we provide copies of our animal’s rabies vaccinations when they get their licenses renewed.
We have to provide evidence of car insurance when we register our vehicles.
All of us have had to provide documentation at various stages of our lives.
It is entirely appropriate that candidates for the highest office in the land provide their bona fides.
What should raise a lot of red flags is the fact that the present POTUS and his enablers ridicule and dismiss the concept of such a simple request.
