Rep. Boozman (R-AR, 3rd District) announced he is running for the US Senate seat.

If he is successful in the primary, that Rep seat will be open.

I haven’t heard whether he is doing a Kay Bailey Hutchison — saying he will resign only if he wins the Senate primary.
