Who can win in 2012 and truly take back our country?

Posted on 04/15/2010 11:37:43 AM PDT by Dubya-M-DeesWent2SyriaStupid!

Opinions are like noses everyone has one.

Flame me all you like but I am not 100% pleased with contenders in 2012 that CNN could not wait to post that are supposedly dead even with Obama. (Ron Paul tied with Romney, I believe) We all know this is garbage (as far as Obama winning) and possibly the GOP contenders standings as well; as Obama is worse than Carter and polls show he will lose to Barney Fife.

Of Palin,Romney,Paul,Gingrich; SO FAR... I favor Ron Paul.

I have heard over the years Ron Paul was a nutcase. So...I did a little research and he is NOT a 9/11 truther. Other than his foreign policy of bringing all troops home -now- he is on the money.I can live with this.

He is an isolationist and this is somewhat what we need right now. He wants us cut off from the U.N. and all other foreign entities. He want the IRS done away with... Sounds good to me. He is a fiscal conservative that so far appeals to the very important Independent/conservative vote; of which I belong.

I like Gingrich but will the GOP ever really change? Logic prevails that if we continue the game of R's and D's switching power grabs we are only mediocre with the R's and doomed with the D's.

Romney is just a player. His health care fiasco is just that. Im tired of the McCain's and Lindsay Graham's.

Save the third party speeches getting Obama re elected. Obama will be voted out. Independents join the GOP in wanting him out of office.

Does the tea party come up with brand new candidates to sweep in 2010 and for the presidential election?

Does it really matter whether a republican or tea party candidate/ get in? I mean... once in DC the corruption lies so deep. This is why I will bet America goes for Ron Paul because he won't play the game.

If I offend all the Palin,Romney, lovers; I apologize but this needs discussed intelligently and not with blinders on.

It is obvious you are a Palin or someones tard, though.

So you like to dish it out, but can't take it, eh?

To all antiwar moonbats, Paulistas included:
Hey, if you don’t like FR and or our support the war policies leave. Go find a website that supports your unfortunate, short-sighted and misguided antiwar efforts. It’s really that simple.

In case you antiwar Paulistas haven’t noticed, Free Republic supports the war effort 100%. Many of our chapters protest against the antiwar moonbats either weekly, monthly or whenever the opportunity arises. The DC Chapter has been protesting against the antiwar moonbats EVERY Friday night at Walter Reed for three years.

Free Republic has co-sponsored several cross country caravans and hundreds of rallies in cities all across the country and in DC against the antiwar moonbats and in support of our Commander-in-chief, our troops, the war effort and our Gold Star and Blue Star families, many of whom are FReepers.

When you are supporting antiwar moonbats you are working against Free Republic’s mission, hurting our efforts, hurting our families who have lost loved ones or have loved ones involved in the fighting, hurting our troops, damaging their morale, working against our efforts to defeat the enemy, and, in fact, giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
Antiwar moonbats are the domestic enemy. Antiwar moonbats willingly give aid and comfort to the enemy during wartime. In my book, that’s tantamount to treason. Ron Paul is an antiwar moonbat. You figure it out. If antiwar moonbats are the enemy and Ron Paul is an aid and comfort supplying antiwar moonbat, then Ron Paul IS the enemy!

If you Paulistas are looking for support on FR for an antiwar moonbat who is giving aid and comfort to our enemies, you’re nuts! Free Republic will NEVER support antiwar moonbats!
As far as our official policy on Ron Paul is concerned, it’s the same policy we have for his antiwar moonbat allies the traitors Harry Reid, Chuckie Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Jack Murtha, Cindy Sheehan, Barbara Streisand, Jane Fonda, CodePink, International Answer, et al and their flaming antiwar spam monkeys. Ron Paul and his flaming antiwar spam monkeys can Kiss my Ass!!
Where the hell did you guys ever get the idea that enemy supporting antiwar moonbats would be welcome on FR?
That plain enough for you or do I need to spell it out?

Your lack of research, reading through a posting, and your
general wording, you are either 10 years old and or a Liberal Democrat

Yeah written in 2007. If he wants me to leave this site I will wait for him to tell me to go.

I remember a time that McCain people were booted off of here.

Then Jim supported him.

Our world is mad. I would have never DREAMED in 2008 of Ron Paul NOW or ever.

Paul’s foreign policy needs studied. I don’t believe the man’s views or policies have been looked at, truly. He is not a RINO.He is not a GOPer.

Agreed. But I assure you the dems are out. I am worried
of more politics and game playing. The GOP waited for the American people to stand up before they acted conservative or american. They voted for the first atrocity.Enough is enough. Im tired of the two party game playing.

The republicans have a lot of trust to earn back.

Then get involved instead of just complaining.

The dems need to be out first and foremost. They're toxic to anything good.

Thank you, for mentioning his name. I thought I was the only West supporter. All you ever hear on this forum is Palin, Palin, Palin, enough already. I hear West speak and it touches a nerve, I hear Palin speak and it just does not connect. A dream ticket for me would be West/Rubio 2012.

Don’t forget, a lot of dems will be voting in our primaries for two reasons:

1. Many of them are also disappointed in 0 and will be looking for an alternative.

2. Unless Hitlery decides to challenge, there will not be a serious dem primary.

The state I live in (Virginia) and many others hold open primaries. I am very fearful we will end up with another RINO.
