Baseless investigation.

The guy puts up a site, speaking his mind on POLITICAL issues, using only his OWN money and somehow this warrants an "investigation"?

His own money? Maybe. Maybe not.

But it definitely was NOT on his own time.

Unfortunately, Mr. Levin did his radical “organizing” on the dime of taxpayers as a public school teacher which is against the law. He may have called for violence against the tea party folks...I have not read his original rant. These “protestors” attacked broke the leg of a female and beat her boyfriend after a fund raiser in New Orleans.

All this is probably why he is being “investigated.” They call tea party participants politically “violent” while they themselves conduct real political crimes and violence. Alinsky.

That could depend on many unknown factors. ie: Did he access his site from a state computer at his school? Did he do any of this work while on state time?

It does if it was on school time.

If he were only speaking his mind, I would agree fully. But what he is advocating is perpetrating a fraud, bearing false witness against a political opponent by posing as a member and misbehaving. Should a person of such low character be in a position of authority over young children?

We don't have any counter for it, as we don't need to make things up against the RATs. Telling the truth about them is considered an "attack".

Did you read the threats he made? The investigationis because he was doing it on school time using school property as I understand it so not baseless.

Baseless investigation.

Based on what I've read, it appears he was doing at least some of "political speech" using the school's computers. That is cause for dismissal in many cases, and for discipline in others.
