Al-Jazeera Broadcasts Al-Zawahiri Eulogy for ISI Commanders
On May 20, 2010, Al-Jazeera TV broadcast a 40-second audio clip attributed to Al-Qaeda second-in-command Ayman Al-Zawahiri. In the clip, which sounded like an excerpt from a longer audio recording, Al-Zawahiri eulogized the two commanders of the Islamic State of Iraq who were killed in April in a joint Iraqi-U.S. operation, Abu Omar Al-Baghdadi and Abu Hamza Al-Muhajir [aka Abu Ayyub Al-Masri]...

School bus accident on Ft. Carson

A school bus accident on Ft. Carson sent several students to the hospital Thursday afternoon. It happened around 12:35 p.m. near gate two.
Students from Mountain Side Elementary school were returning from a field trip, when school officials say a car made a u-turn and hit the front of the bus. Nine students and the bus driver were taken to Evans hospital at Ft. Carson as a precaution. Dave Roudebush, a spokesperson for the Fountain Ft. Carson school district says there were no life threatening injuries.
