I believe O-bozo was indeed clueless, that is until he stepped into the oval office and began to realize just what he was involved in.
The shadow governments veil of secrecy is now unveiled to O-bozo and he’z scared to death as it becomes abundantly clear to him just how impotent and powerless he really is.
