Brussels sprouts are mmmmmmmm-GOOD, steamed and served with melted butter. How can any anyone not like them? Rhubarb I can understand not liking.. But BSprouts? Hmm.
Try your Brussels sprouts roasted in some olive oil.
Cut the sprouts in half, and mix them in a bowl with 3 tbsp olive oil, a teaspoon of kosher salt and some freshly ground black pepper. Put them on a cookie sheet in the preheated oven (400 degrees) and roast for 35-40 minutes. I like mine when they are crispy outside, they taste just like french fries.
