Congressman Phil Hare: I Don’t Care About The Constitution
http://radioviceonline.com/ ^ | April 6, 2010 | Jim Vicevich

Why should we be surprised? Didn’t the Democrats already tell us that they pass the bills and then let the Supreme Court sort it all out? And I am sure they told us they make up the rules anyway. From Adam Sharp via Gateway Pundit, this one at first made me laugh, then I started to cry. And make sure you go to Gateway, he is a funny guy. Adam tries to get an answer to the question, “Where in the constitution does it say you have to buy health insurance?” Hare’s answer (and yes there is an answer) speaks volumes about way too many representatives in Congress today and why we need to throw any person with a (D) after their name, out.

Swearing an oath used to mean something. So why should I tell the truth in a witness stand just because I take an oath? If I take democrats as an example for life I’d be stupid to feel constrained by such an outdated things as promising to tell the truth.

The best part is the rebuttal video this idiot made, where he was flipping off the audience the whole time.

Everyone I talk to, regardless of political party, is big-time angry. Only fools in Congress are pretending to be oblivious to the tyranny coming out of this government and this thug Administration.

Our forefathers are rolling in their graves and our children and grandchildren have had their futures destroyed by this Congress and these amoral thugs.

In the words of one of our famous District Justices’, . . .

“I don’t understand all that legal mumbo jumbo and technical stuff, in the matter of this issue, my decision is the correct decision and you will abide by the decision”.

They’re coming out of their sheep’s clothing.

That's because they know that being aggressive and "in-your-face" about their outrageous actions will play better with voters than being sheepish, defensive and making excuses.

That is something Republicans never learn...Rats and other forms of criminal are born knowing it.

If the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, then by definition any government action which is substantially contrary to the constitution is illegitimate, period. It doesn’t matter if/when the Court gets around to doing anything about it—unconstitutional actions are void from the get-go, and no court—nor anyone else—has any authority to declare otherwise.

So, we have yet another polictician who, when he took office, raised his hand and swore to uphold it, and spends his time undermining it.

You who vote for him, keep right on voting for people whose word is worthless. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Sooner or later, he's gonna stick in in your ear. His word is worthless.
