Real American Stories garnered ratings nearly equal to those achieved by Greta Van Susteren each night with slightly over two million viewers for that time slot. The competition could not even come close drawing between one fifth and half of her numbers: “CNN’s Anderson Cooper had 820,000 viewers at the same hour, while MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann had 575,000 and HLN’s Nancy Grace drew 400,000?

Alinsky Leftists’ Coverage of Ratings is Patently Absurd

Not surprisingly, the Alinsky leftists were hard at work spewing out story after story absurdly declaring the show “a ratings failure.”

And this was a RE-RUN of the same show that won in the ratings first time around too, wasn’t it?

The ratings were fine, just not spectacular. IMO ratings should have been higher, because it was a great program. I really liked it.

I really like it too! I caught the first one half-way through and made my husband watch the rerun with me...I thought Sarah Palin did fantastic as the host...she was very warm with the guests.

I watched part of ONE of the stories. I thought these stories were supposed to be uplifting? What's uplifting about a Marine who gets killed?? Now that I know what the series is about (attempting to manipulate people's emotions), I won't watch it anymore. It's like those NBC profiles at the Olympics (and why I don't watch the Olympics anymore) -- all melodrama.

If she does a story on Captain. Sullenberger, I'll watch it. If she does a story on the 3 Navy sharpshooters who took out 3 Somalis simultaneously, I'll watch it. I'd rather watch stories of excellence than emotional tear-jerkers.
