When Brit left .. I was not open to the idea that anyone could fill his shoes .. period!
I was wrong and pleasantly surprised by Bret Baier.
The guy is excellent plus .. he has Moxy!

If Hume is unrestrained because he is now commenting, he should end his comment with, ". . . . unless this administration is as anti capitalist free enterprise as many believe. If that is the case, he is much smarter than this commentary concludes."

1720 for me..it appears there is an attempt to hijack the thread..to distract from criticism of Obama.
To: bushpilot1
Anyone at Free Republic already knew Obama was an economic illiterate. This was not news in any real sense, to anyone with any sense. What is news is that people are saying it out loud on a national news program.

Either way you spell it, we know just what you mean:)
And you’re right.... Bret’s got it....he put it on oblablah during their interview. Took it right to him!
And good for Brit on Sunday! About time they tell it just like it is.

I like Brett more as he matures, and look forward to a long carrer at Fox for him, but he’s no Brit Hume. I’ve long considered Brit to be the true America’s
Newsman that Cronkite was so erroneously pegged as.

Why did Brit Hume leave? He was very good. Serious. Best anchor out there.
