Dumb Dems to be Drummed Out
The American Thinker ^ | April 02, 2010 | Richard Baehr

The good news is that we may be on a verge of a wave election where some of the dead wood is removed. Speaking of dead wood, who is the dumbest Democratic Congressman of them all? Two recent nominees:

Congressman Hank Johnson of Georgia, who is concerned that if more US troops move to Guam, the island will tip over. For the record, Manhattan's population density is about 100 times that of Guam. We know Manhattan is tipping left, but over? These new troops are not what Malcolm Gladwell wrote about in "The Tipping Point".

Congressman Phil Hare of Illinois, who seems unaware that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are separate documents, and that only one is the law of the land.

I do not understand why Presidents are limited to 8 years in office, but Congressmen and Senators can spend almost all of their adult lives there. Then again, it is safer than being stationed on Guam. Real Clear Politics provides the current state of the races for the House, Senate, and Governors.

My candidate for the dumbest Dumb-dumb is Ike Skelton (D) 4th, Missouri.
he voted for Cap and trade “to keep the EPA out of farming,” when in actuality, C&T would destroy farming.

Breathing the fumes from kissing Nancy Pelosi’s butt is detrimental to the mental health of all Democrat Representatives, I am surprised that Steny Hoyer can walk and chew gum at the same time he has spent so much time sucking wind behind her. These two guys are not any worse than most of the majority.

This overconfidence will be our undoing. Anyone watching the daily assault against the Tea Party, conservatives and Republicans by the liberals and the MSM knows we can be smeared into not winning as many seats in both chambers as possible.

This daily assault on us is to destroy our image as real people outraged by an out-of-control government that does not listen to voters and morph it into violent extremists that nobody should want to associate with.

Here are Skelton/s (R) challengers. Any input on who the strongest ones are or who is most likely to win the primary and give Skelton a real challenge?

MO 4-Ike Skelton’s challengers:
Vicky Hartzler, http://vickyhartzler.com/
Art Madden, http://www.artmaddenforcongress.com/
Brian Riley, http://brianrileyforcongress.com/
James Scholz, http://jamesscholzforcongress.com/
Tom Self, http://www.tomself.com/
Bill Stouffer, http://www.stoufferforcongress.com/
Ray Viessman

Skelton is on the Master List of Vulnerable Democrat Candidates, found here. There will be an update of this list posted later today.

If I had to choose a better candidate, it would be Chuck Purgason. Unfortunately, Chuck is running in the GOP primary against Congressman Blunt of Springfield to capture Kit Bond's US Senate seat. (Bond is retiring.)
I wish I could have counseled Purgason to go after Ike. Blunt will likely get the nomination but, sadly, he's part of the insider problem in DC.

What about Majors — Sharks follow ships because dead slaves were dumped overboard.

Or the black woman idiot from Houston, Texas?

And, after her stint on Cobain, Eleanor Holmes Norton. Not really a fair question. Such a target rich environment of fools and idiots.

A senator got beaten up pretty badly in the 1850s on the floor of the Senate, but I don’t think any senator or congressman has been killed on the job. Guam can definitely be more dangerous. The last time my father was there, people were trying to kill him.

I’m supporting Vicky Hartzler in Missouri’s Fourth District. Vicky is young, energetic, very well-spoken and unapologetically conservative. She’s a farmer and former schoolteacher who served eight years in the Missouri House. Her fundraising success from a broad donor base proves her viability and has earned her a nod from the NRCC as a Contender in the Young Guns program. She has even promised to push for a Balanced Budget Amendment to help start our economy moving again in the right direction.

Vicky Hartzler will be a staunch opponent of the Pelosi/Obama agenda. Spike Ike in 2010! Vote Vicky!

Yes, my favorite candidate for Dumb Dems to be Drummed Out would also be Missouri’s Ike Skelton (D-Mo 4th). Once a fiscal conservative Democrat, he turned in late 90s to become a liberal, one of the most liberal, representatives in Congress. He votes with Pelosi 95% of the time, a well documented fact. The sad part is he pretends to be a moderate. But Missourians don’t believe him anymore. Lots of candidates are running on the R side but the best is State Senator Bill Stouffer who carried Ike’s D-leaning north part of the district by 60% in his last state senate election. No one else can beat Ike in the fall except Bill Stouffer!
