THAT is the problem.

They don't care about what the Constitution states.

Did you know that ole Barry, used to teach CONSTITUTIONAL LAW? The obimination KNOWS what he is doing. He's counting on you to NOT know what that document states. I wonder ... what Constitution was he thinking of when he taught Constitutional law - Venezuelan style?

Well, I guess we can’t accuse him of lying. He’s right out there with his disdain.

There's teaching it, and then there's teaching disdain for it.

I'm gonna go with option two for Barry, based on his performance.

According to the NYT: "With the 219-to-212 vote, the House gave final approval to legislation passed by the Senate on Christmas Eve."

219 Democrats in the House and 56 in the Senate don't care about the Constitution.

The guy was trying to make a point that for this idiot to have read the entire bill he would have had to read for 8 hours a day for 17 days. I doubt if this guy could stop lieing for 8 hours straight.

Ah yes. Liberals see the Constitution not as a sacred document that must be defended, but as an obstacle that must be overcome.

Funny thing is, they’re not even trying to hide their disdain for it anymore.

Your pictures show a man with the physical characteristics of having eaten from the public trough for most of his life. Not unlike Jerry Nadler.

“Leftists pay no attention to the Constitution on ANYTHING!”

No need to. As long as we the people continue to consent to be governed by the “living” Constitution, the words can mean anything 5 Supreme Court justices want them to mean.

Once Obama gets five votes on the Supreme Court, Congress will become superfluous anyway. He’ll be able to rule by decree. Not unlike what happened in Rome when the power of the Senate was usurped by Emperor Augustus. From then on, it was a dictatorship.
