There is an earlier precedent for what might happen. Major Stefan Cook sued Obama seeking a Temporary Restraining Order until Obama proved his eligibility (Cook v Obama). The Department of Defense then withdrew Major Cook’s deployment orders which meant that he had no standing to sue since he was not being deployed. Because Major Cook challenged his deployment, he was fired from his $120,000 a year job with defense contractor Simtech because he lost his security clearance. Major Cook, with Orly Taitz as his attorney then sued Simtech to get his job back. His lawsuit was dismissed.

I believe Cook actually volunteered for deployment specifically so could he file suit. So it was no surprise that his orders were revoked.

Hey Obot. So Obama is going to withdrawal his deployment orders to avoid a trial in a military court too like Major Cook? This officer is on active duty unlike Major Cook who was a reserve officer.
