Absolute Proof That We Need Tax Reform

Some people are fighting for a fair tax, replacing our income tax structure with a VAT, a Value Added Tax(country wide sales tax). Others argue for a Flat tax, one tax rate on income for everybody, no deductions etc. Both sides are fighting for the same concept. Simplify the way the federal government collects taxes. America's Tax Structure is just so complicated and is getting more complicated every day. The $600 Billion plus in brand-spanking-new taxes passed as part of the Obamcare bill only serves to add to the tax code confusion.

But Americans shouldn't feel bad because the general public isn't the only people that are confused, most of the people who are involved with writing and implementing the Tax Code don't understand the tax code :

No VAT or national sales tax without a Constitutional Amendment outlawing the income tax.

I think we should have more taxes, more and more until the American people in general Wake the heck up and demand the reform that is needed.

They don’t care what we demand. We demanded the HC bill be stopped. They aren’t listening. Now what?

Pro-tax people want it complicated so the sheeple won't understand what is going on. They have been stealing from us for years and now are trying to destroy our country. If people had to send a check in for taxes rather then have it taken out of our checks, they would have risen up long ago. I hope the Republicans run on this, showing how drug dealer and other criminals get away with not paying taxes. I know the democrats won't go along with it because they are criminals too. Many don't already pay taxes. When we get back in full control, I say there should be a law that NO ONE can be a politician if they have outstanding taxes. That should clear out over half the democrats.

Dumbacrates would never allow tax reform to happen. It's how they alienate one group over another. Then they can champion the cause of the victim and maintain their power. I am convinced that they know that tax cuts lead to economic growth, just look at the renaissance zones they create to help some victim they created.

Let's reduce gov't spending. Then less taxes are required.

The current scheme, of tax this here and tax that there, in my opinion, is meant to keep people from seeing the true cost of gov't on April 15. Another way to attempt to pull the wool over our eyes. Unfortunately, the best way to demonstrate the true cost of gov't is to reform the tax law first. Dems understand this, which is why they will fight the current impossible to understand system tooth and nail!
