Perhaps this is Obama’s way to make opposition to health care taboo?

If the State's Attny's General think it's in the best interest of "their" case, then they will include it

Bet you Orly sues all of them if they don't.

She can't sue them if it was never submitted to them. She filed the motion in the wrong place, she served the wrong people, and she used the wrong format, and that's just for starters. But it's not as if the address of the Panel, and instructions for submissions, are easy to find.

Oh wait, never mind:

Yet nearly EVERY Judge who looks at her lawsuit is not a Pro-Founding-Fathers-Constitution defending Judge.

They are until they don't agree with Orly's unique reading of the Constitution - then they become part of the conspiracy.

How can that legislation be signed into law by a USURPER?

In short, the de facto officer doctrine.

Wrong. Wouldn't apply here. I stated, "How can that legislation be signed into law by a USURPER?"

"To satisfy the doctrine, the officer must be "in the unobstructed possession of the office and discharging its duties in full view of the public, in such manner and under such circumstances as not to present the appearance of being an intruder or usurper."

This is absolutely right. The socialists are wizzing on the constitution before our eyes with the make believe health care bill and the Republicans aren’t pulling out the big guns. BOzo has not proven his eligibilty SO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT REPUBLICANS. Send in agents too tear the birth record building apart in Hawaii. The rule of law does not seem to matter any more so use new tactics.

We still have people here fawning over McCain. MCCain gave us McCain-Feingold which gave the Dems Congress in 2006/2008 and Obama in 2008.

I know that Third Parties are not the answer but it sure irks me that the ‘pubs sure can’t be considered as Conservative.
