It seems like an AG could charge him with election fraud in that state. But it would have to go before a grand jury. The question is can an attorney general gather enough evidence to convince a grand jury.

The problem is still that the records are sealed and we can't get discovery.

An AG could demand a copy of the obama vital statistics if he was doing a criminal investigation. In order for that to happen, there has to be a reasonable amount of evidence that obama did, indeed, break the law and commit fraud...or any other crime for that matter.
That is why he was so quick to pay the unpaid parking fines in Cambridge after he criticized a cambrige cop. ANY LEGAL warrant could open vistas we can only dream of.

HUH? WHA? for starters, it's generally assumed his pappy wasn't a citizen....isn't vetting at state level reviewable?
