HUH? WHA? for starters, it's generally assumed his pappy wasn't a citizen....isn't vetting at state level reviewable?

Still an AG can't just go pull records on anybody. The records are sealed. He needs a judge to approve discovery.

I suppose he could go ahead and file charges based on the "natural born" clause alone. But he still needs a grand jury to indict.
